among the faraway hills of Texas
river reflects a bright day in her natural classroom
through the branches that reach to touch the vast southern sky
she encourages each student . a steady and sure climb up the pole
standing in the middle . my daughter . an Outdoor Education teacher
reminds each young teen that they can be free to fly . especially here
amid the warm sunshine . sky . and smiles

what a fantastic classroom!!!
lucky the students who learn to fly
from such a brave heart
up there in the blue.

What a fun classroom to attend...I love the Texas sky shot, I can't wait to head back there.
Those first two images honestly made me gasp.
The daughter of a friend of mine teaches for Nature's Classroom which this reminds me of...How wonderful to have this opportunity!
She teaches them to fly - you must be so proud.
that looks like fun
COOL!!
Love the reflection on the water in the second photo. I've never tried this, but she makes it look like fun!
I'm nervous just looking at the photos - guess I do have a thing about heights.
Wow, so nice! Love the blue sky and the hills!
Good Evening Elk,
What beautiful images you have to share with us today! I also think that your daughter has a most wonderful job! That looks like a flying trip that I am happy to enjoy from afar :)
Happy week to you,
Anna
That looks like something my son would enjoy.
oh, how lovely to meet one of your daughters, dear elaine. thank you for sharing her with us. and for humming the song... and holding your breath. it is benign, dear friend. all is well. xo
Well, that looks like a very fun and invigorating job. The sky must be really blue to reflect in the river that beautiful color (excuse that sentence structure).
Weeee... what fun! Heights spook me a bit, but that does look like wild, free fun! And with suck a sky... I'd want to be up close it too. :o) Happy Day, my friend ((HUGS))
Free to fly ... eek I would be scared. Love the river shot.
What a perfect classroom. So many life lessons - I'm sure - are learned there.
Ropes course! Been there done that and screamed all the way down! LOL! Great shots!
You must be so proud of her...especially as a teacher yourself.
