I have savored each image this morning. I keep going back to the first one -- over and over. I love how you make everyday things so special.
You turn simple things into elegance.
Elk, each of these images is beautifully composed and heartfelt! And, you know how I can't resist B&W!!! Happy day to you:)
black and white...my eye follows the lines, sees the connections.
"relish the absence of colour" ... i most certainly have. Thank you.
I like the different textures you have shared.
Hey Elk, love the images ... those words, ivory twine, for some reason really struck a chord in my soul!
mmmmmmmmm.....my soul sighs and savors...thank you.-Jennifer
I love the twirls.
...*sigh*... I feel so happy & blessed to share this moment with you, Elk... thank you, my friend. :o) ((HUGS))
Oh, they are all beautiful, but that first image just speaks to me! So very beautiful!xoxo
Black and white is always great, very nice.
love these black and white images!
it is interesting to see things without the colour.
Love the twirly, curlicue lines of the vines.......
"relish the absence of color". Wow. Just wow. I have such a difficult time living up north, where 6+ months of the year are cold and colorless. But you have made monotone something lovely for once, instead of something hateful and dreary.
There is something so simply beautiful in the blacks and whites and greys!
yes, so beautiful.
your words calm me. you say soft tissue paper better than anyone i know.
