when you are feeling a bit off . find comfort
in a unique bloom surrounded by soft green and notice the ant
when you feel a bit cracked open
rest in the beauty that is old wood and art of peeling paint
when you feel like you are the only one
remember that you are never really just the only one
when the fragile parts of life remain
encourage light to shine through the open bloom

I especially like the closing thought ... a perfectly memorable analogy for those of us who enjoy photographing flowers.
Such lovely photos and thoughtful words. Thank you for the inspiration.
I really noticed Notice the ant because the other day when I saw ants on the peonies I had photographed, I deleted them :) But you're too nice too do that.
stunning, stunning, stunning. love the lone pine? cone, and the star in this bloom... and always, those beautiful words.
