I just started reading "Wherever You Go There You Are" by Jon Kabat-Zinn and so I went for my morning walk not with the purpose of getting a workout but with being more mindful of the moment. It was a beautiful start to the day.Back home and catching up on the blogs I'm following, the first one I read is yours. How fitting!
.... a gift in the mail today came from you ... the swap return ..... and not only fun, varied, beautiful thought provoking tiny works of art - but new friends in bloggerland. Thank you for the gift of hospitality and bringing people together :)
