I never knew! Thank you for opening my eyes to the blur.

The blur of the eyeglasses is particularly nice. I often take off my glasses (when not wearing my contacts) to see the world this way.

LOOOVE the out-of-focus photos!!!! and i agree with beth about the bokeh on the last one!! i need to get some sparkles in some of my photos for the series! i love the middle photo... if you stare at it long enough it doesn't look like what it is, instead like a carefully planned line painted by an artist! *thanks for the link too :)

I recognize the blur without the glasses, it is an image that tells the story ...

Very interesting. I like the eyeglasses best, but then again, the first shot really works, too.

Yes, it's interesting the shapes that blurred photos can make, isn't it?

We must have been thinking the same thing today. Yes, I say, embrace the blur. See... it is beautiful :)

Lovely images. I particularly like the bottom one.

I quite like the top shot but am not entirely sure the blur is worth embracing broadly.

I think you have to be really creative to pull off "Blur" photos. To make the blur look like you meant it to be there rather than the blur looking like a mistake isn't easy.

i cant tell you how i think this will change things for me! too often, i just delete the blurry ones, but the way you've presented it here, it invites intrigue... don't know if i like the glasses or the locket best, but they're all great... thanks for this. :)
