Nice photo combination, Guitar is the only musical instrument that i can play I love the calming sounds coming from guitar strings it made my day brighter..
I swear if you can play guitar as well as you take photos and write- I may have to hate you, Elk! There should be enough talent to go around for the rest of us! : )
I was hoping you would feature your guitar here. What I love is that you make it seem really SIMPLE to put beautiful words to matching picture together.
How have I missed that you are a musician? I must've been absent a couple of days. :) Branches curved by time is an inspired line - I can feel the breezes and hear the music.
I was out for a walk on July 4th and heard the sound of a guitar and singing in the distance. I followed the sound and found a man on his balcony, singing and playing in the sun. I don't think he heard my clapping (it's hard to clap loudly) but I was so happy I heard it.
Oh so lovely Elk. I love the sound of acoustic guitar and it's always especially lovely when you hear it outside. There is someone who lives in a house at the bottom of my garden and sometimes I can hear a guitar being played outside in the sun - lovely. :)
thank you for such sweet comments...if you could have seen me around my backyard pool area with 2 guitars and a camera and the dog "helping" it was pretty comical...I will post more showing the pool another day...
Love your photos. I will have to show the guitar ones to my hubby who is a guitar freak...hasn't moved past the strumming stage but he likes to spend his $ on them and now has a small collection.
