Thanks for stopping by my new blog! Nice to reconnect - I sorta lost sight of you! I've added you to my list of "simply delightful" blogs so I can continue to enjoy your beautiful images!
what a beautiful basket. i just love handmade baskets. i like the way you have captured the weaving and the light signing through. i remember you saying you made pinestraw baskets, but did you make this one too?
Ok, I read through the comments and figured out that you did not make it but as creative and crafty as you are it was easy for me to think you did make it.
What a lovely handmade basket! Oh and just wanted you to know that I too was gray and red now I'm a light brown with blondish highlights(and just a whiff of gray). The hair was a birthday present to the hubby who thought my hair made him look old.
Elk! Thanks for stopping by and visiting, I'm so sorry I've not been good at visiting my blog-friends! And so silly of me too, as you have SO MANY beautiful images lately! Love 2/26, 2/24 and 2/23.
Time for me to turn in and start all over tomorrow!
This is incredible! I'm intimidated by basket weaving... I made a wreath once, that was a challenge. But so rewarding and LOTS of fun! Especially because i was working with friends. Well done, here!

Such beautiful weaving and great angles :)
Oh wow, did you do this yourself?
I love your photos of the weaving--especially the first one, I like the focus you captured.
You made this yourself?
