I save those plus rubber bands and plastic bags....and my drawer is much messier looking than yours!

Hey, I don't think that's quirky! Can you believe, one time my husband threw away my bread ties! I had to re-start my collection.

Very cool image and I LOVE quirky! What I save some people might think is gross, but I save my kids teeth when the loose them. I just can't throw away those tiny baby teeth. I even saved my puppies teeth (she 13 now)..is that disgusting?
ELK, i never throw out an elastic. ever. ever. not good luck.
buttons and scraps that might someday become an art project... I do believe this quirkiness to be a hereditary condition

Yes, I usually collect those because they look so cool together and then I'll throw them out. Wine corks are very cool to collect too. but I think the weirdest thing I've collected & displayed in a corner in the kitchen are all the pinch pots my kids have made in school.
